After 4? years the run is mostly fenced at last. It has had chicken wire around the bottom three ft from the start, except for the door which had nothing, rendering the rest pointless.

I had lunch at a casino here. The Dubai Palace casino. I couldn’t resist the temptation to pull the slot machine handle a few times.
I won 9,152 pesos
And purchased some new shoes!

Poor Alinta is crammed into the back of the box, why they moved in there I can not understand. I had to hold the water over Rosie's head so Alinta could drink it's in the low 80s outside.

Broodies tend to retreat to VERY sheltered areas with their babies for the first few days to a week. They will bring the babies forth for food, water, and when they feel it's safe for the babies (includes having babies respond to mama's calls)

As Alex isn’t near any of his chickens in can hardly have him pay his owed taxes, but the rest of you with the non-chicken chitchat owe tax.

Those two wee bantams are giving me fits! They are determined to roost with their bigger cousins all snuggled up between them - here they are I can barely see them in the camera!

Hopefully they don’t fall off the roost.
