That isn’t mine. I was too lazy to go out and take a picture of mine, but mine is the same vintage. I got mine on eBay. I am guessing they are from the ‘40s or ‘50s. But I don’t really know. Now that's an antique. How old is it?

She’s gorgeousI weighed 4 of the idiots today and the 2 Brahmas and the Orpington were all 5.2 pounds which I find pretty cool. The other one, Prudy my Jersey Giant is a whopping 7 pounds at 22 weeks! And my other Jersey Giant looks just as big, maybe even a bit bigger. I think my dreams of having a 10 pound chicken may come to fruition! Miss Prudy in all her fluffy butt gloryView attachment 3937697View attachment 3937698
After an hr Marty got a bit more perky, came out and even ate a bit of feed.Molting is the only time I allow hens to sleep in the nest boxes. Those porcupine quills look very uncomfortable.
I didn’t screw the base onto the large water correctly- what a mess! Someone picked up the waterer and the base fell off - no one is fessing up to that one either!Thirsty Thursday pictures.
Someone cracked the top of my waterer making it useless. No one is owning up to it however.

How odd! I must check out Curly and Buttercup, and the Azurs see if I can find one of those amazing feathers!@BY Bob a moulted splash featherView attachment 3937824Not sure whether from Blanche or PITA, but these a feather cloud where they were hanging out today. (Pear left the coop this morning in a cloud of falling feathers too). The dark shaft isn't in all the splash feathers, but isn't all that uncommon either. Something to look forward to.
