I have three butterballs here at around same age.

They really are butterballs too!
They feel soft and fluffy (hard to describe unless you’ve held them before)
Even the roosters are sort of butterballs. My roo Rudy is the same way.

Hubby says he's a Birch Bark.


I moved the big feeder and waterer out of the brown coop since nobody was using them. I had to remind the ladies how to use it!

The Polishes are not sure about the feeder ports.

There are no water nipples on that side, goobers!

Butterbirds caught on immediately.


Morinth had one more lesson to teach, how to use the nipple waterers.

Hubby and I strung up the ropes to prevent the wire from sagging in too much. He also cuddled Shep, held Nyx ('she's so small! Will she get bigger?'). And finally he got Bab Ross, who yelled at him and pecked him.

Kiddo insisted on getting the dog a Halloween clown collar.

Google says this one is a boy, definitely looks way different than Butterbird.

Teehee! If this is a guessing contest my vote is roo cuz I think Buff Roos are gorgeous & stately like @Desertvalleychickens big Buff roo!
