Lovely moggies! I just love cats
This I why I am not too unhappy keeping him in the summer house with the silkies. It keeps him away from the likes of Little Grey, and Sophia’s four chicks she raised up. All last yrs pullets are just so bad with picking at him.
And yesterday I wasn’t paying too close attention and they mixed and mingled everytime I went out into the yard. As long as Mr P and Bert were separated I wasn’t paying attention to the others. Bad Kelly

Forgot to post yesterday. Castor joined me in waiting for the ladies to head into the coop the other night...and was feeling frisky.

Yes, it's heart breaking. My old boy is slowly slipping away. He still has his playful moments though.What a worry when our animals age. It has to be hard watching an animal as large as horses deteriorate. It was hard watching just our small chickens deterioratew/age.
