How could you ever leave wide open chicken spaces for crowded DC? Maybe North Carolina where the retirees live simpler clean hometown charm & still have animals. Our friends are leaving Miami & retiring to NC at snow level elevation yet close enough to areas that have clean towns & medical access ~ into more interior NC. Stay away from hurricane coasts.

But you know best. You have the option to fly anywhere for now while you're still young...ish.

I was nicknamed Sylvester in elementary school by classmates as an extension on my first name & I liked it. Helped that I was a Looney Tunes cartoon fan too!

I only shop at small/local thrift stores now. Goodwill is bad for a lot of reasons, the only reason I ever shopped there was because of their low prices. They've gone way up here now, too

I only go to the goodwill because of the CDs. All of the thrift stores here usually keep the CDs around $2. There's several other thrift stores but most are goodwill.
