It is 200W. It is warm to the touch and I can detect heat about an inch or so away from it.
Here you can see it hanging from the window frame with poor molting Bernie facing into it.
Maybe I should get a second one and hang it at 90 degrees - on the wall to Bernie's right that way at least one hen (usually Bernie) can snuggle up close to it.
Where it is now they can put their faces up against it.
