I originally thought these were feather sheaths that she hadn’t managed to get off after her molt. But no, they are teeny white speckled feathers.

Good question! Thankfully, I ordered back in mid February, for a hatch in late March. I'd noticed that the pretty Orpingtons' hatch date selections were going fast, so I ordered way earlier than I thought I would need to, thinking it'd probably be fine, but it wouldn't hurt to reserve them early. I was quite shocked when a week or so after I placed the order, I thought about adding a chocolate laced gold Orpington, but when I went to look, chocolate and chocolate laced gold were sold out for the year! Things are going smoothly so far, I got my second confirmation email this week. Now I'm just praying they make it to the post office and into my hands safe and sound.Are you sure you're getting your full order? The link to My Healthy shows sold out?
