Two frizzle fluffs - I am still surprised at Fluffy a frizzle

And two wild mustangs

I bought an evaporative cooler last year, but it was always so humid if didn’t help, humidity here was running into the 80% range all last summer.

Trees are awesome, and those I love!

I was surprised my wet sheets made any difference, but they did.

I was good until the rain started making everything all humid, I only had humidity like that before when I was in the Caribbean, nothing dries there, frizzy hair every day. Mornings are cool so it feels damp. Then afternoons are a sauna.

Does the first pair of ducks on the river this year count as a Tuesday twofer? Beyond this bank is a slough which makes a popular nesting area for the ducks and geese each year. Best picture I can get with a phone camera, especially since they are on the other side of the river.

What kind of ducks? I don’t think I have ever seen a white duck in the wild.

I’ve seen a lot of ducts. On construction projects, they are everywhere, hanging in the ceilings, under the floors in the attic and in the walls.

I never thought to find out, but they are not all white. Hard to see in the photo, but the males are black and white and the females are brown and white. I will have to get my binoculars out to see details and then I can probably identify. Could be Buffleheads, but I need to see them closer. We get a lot of different kinds of ducks, but this one is the most common.
