The Saran Wrap is a pain to work with but I use little strips of blue painters tape to anchor the corners & then cut longer strips afterwards to tape the Wrap to the keyboard. Once the Saran Wrap is taped down the Wrap is very pliable & durable to type on top of the keys. I no longer have little chicks to poop on keys; however the keys are staying dust free & clean anyway! I eat & no food or drinks get on the keys!!!

Well sadly this is where they are now. Not allowed to free range and not allowed to be close to their feathered friends. Much different than the life that I had available to them:

It's supposed to be simplified. I could do less rounds on the legs to shorten them, but the maker designs her patterns to be kind of a folk art style.


That would be so fuzzy! I was thinking of using faux fur yarn to make one too.

I love your talents really. Just the folk art pattern didn't quite grab me. But then I'm an old lady w/ finicky taste ~ one of the charms of being an octogenarian
