I have reported it as a new outage. They are bound to come back at some point as they have left thousands of dollars of equipment in my driveway including a cute little digger that I am inclined to borrow for some projects in the back yard!

I think I know how. I did once get a trial run in a bigger excavator from a friend who does rental equipment.
I nearly pitched into the hole I was digging because I forgot to put the stabilizing feet out. But this one looks much simpler.
Sadly however they came back and are still using it.
It is nearly dark and I suspect they have lights on the big truck so will probably stay and finish.

Well I wonder what was all over my hand that smelled like cecal poop earlier when I went to clean the silkies’ feed bowl?

Lazy chickens.
I've noticed, throughout the day, there are times where the chickens sit around and do nothing but preen and sleep. This was taken around 2PM. They chose my doorstep that day as a place to rest.

Everyone is outside except my beautiful rooster Mr Rudy Wyandottey. He’s such a lovely gentleman. He deserves steak too!
