Stress might be the reason for the chick pecking?The neighbor wants his birds back, but they just fly straight back into my yard. It’s a much better place than his cages. I have seen Mamasita pecking at her two little chicks. Sometimes life is cruel and hard to understand.

@Ponypoor, I'm thinking of ordering the calcium/vit D supplement (on Amazon...not a fan of Amazon...). My understanding is 1/2 teaspoon per liter of water, once a week, per the label, if I'm reading the info correctly.
