Well Lady Featherington already views them as competition. My guess is Aurora will treat them as she did Glynda and Lady Featherington in their time. Kindly, unless they challenge her, which Phyllis did when she first arrived. They will start getting adult treatment around 15 weeks.OMG, they look all grown up there!![]()

Just like with human kids - they look too old too quick - tweens that look 18!.
They are lovely ladies - and I see Aurora is already keeping a watchful eye on the tweens to be sure they don't get into trouble and need a little reprimanding! (lucky for them the fence is still there! I know you have demonstrated (or she has) that she is good with chicks - takes them under her wing - at what point does she start treating them as adults and reprimand when they aren't towing the line???)
Nope. Not welcome here. There is a very nice pond down the street. Use that.Come on Bob, won’t you be nice to animals?![]()
I was watching pool video's on youtube & there were some clever solutions people used to deter waterfowl from their swimming pools. Lots of simple ideas that worked all the way to complicated ideas. Some people fed the birds & let them swim but I don't think they realize the birds will return the following season w/ a full hoard of friends to swim & poop in the pools! They do nasty things to the pool and are not welcome here.

Eve has had a lot of fun visiting with Hattie this weekend. Hattie ate from her hand and let Eve pet her. They got along splendidly.
On the tails, the right one has long even rounded-end feathers which screams "girl" but the Polish (I mean French) bird on the left has uneven 2 rows of more pointed feather tips which usually means "boy"? Any thoughts...
