I'd freeze
No thanks. How do those animals survive
Yes, they do have us trained - even if it means 'conning' us.I’m looking at Dakota, and she looks very healthy. I think she’s conning me about her health. She pretends to be weak and needs to get out of the heat and into the house. She’ll hang around my feet, pretending to peck at the grass, even if there isn’t any grass. She knows that soon enough, I’ll pick her up and go inside. (There’s cool air conditioning inside) there’s corn inside, fresh water and safflower seeds inside. Possibly some steak strips also. That Dakota, she’s no dummy. View attachment 4143543

Jury is still out on whether Giz is a he or sheGizmo is a multi purpose chook.
It makes me laugh.
It shows emotions to me.
It doesn’t poop very much.
It laughs at my jokes.

She’s got new tactics. I went out to see the birds on my porch, but as soon as I opened the door, in Dakota ran into the house and straight towards the chickens room.Yes, they do have us trained - even if it means 'conning' us.![]()
