Good morning everyone.

I'm thrilled to report that little Georgette is a very bouncy and active little chick this morning. I could probably safely let them out of the coop if I chose. Gryffyn is content to stay in the coop with room service and we are supposed to get thunderstorms this afternoon. 1 more day of confinement is not going to hurt anyone. I do have to get them out of the coop though. I need it desperately. The silkies, it is time they go outside at least during the day. They need room to play and stretch those legs and wings. I do not have to work today so I'm thinking after I get my kitchen cleaned up taking them outside and seeing how they do with their parents and just sitting in the coop for a hour or so. They are half their size already and I really think there is enough room and places to escape that they should be fine. If it fails, starting tomorrow Gryffyn gets kicked out of her hotel and they silkies move in.

They are buff orpington and barred rock crosses. @rural mouse any thoughts on what they will look like when full grown?

Also, I see 2 boys for sure. What does everyone else think?
