I cannot wait to see what he finds for you. He sounds like he is a true gem to work with. I don't recall all the color's he works with. He has white, black and partridge right? I hope he finds you a nice white pullet. White is growing on me, and a nice white is stunning. I may have missed it but is either Nyx or Pebble a cockerel?

Based on the videos, he has Black, White, Buff, & Paint. Nyx is not supposed to exist both of her parents are black. Must be a recessive gene in there. So, she was an immediate soft cull. Pebble has two toes that are fused also an immediate soft cull. I have seen Partridge adults in their videos but I do not think they are currently breeding any intentionally.

Honestly, I am not 100% sure on the sex. Here’s why I am guessing he is a boy and Nyx is a girl.

Nyx - Is considerably smaller than Pebble. I can’t even find a comb in her fluff without moving it. Her stance is all girl crouches low, rarely stand straight up. The SFH boys never challenge her even in play.
Pebble - Larger, comb I can clearly see (I need to check the fluff for wattles). His stance is much more upright. The SFH boys do occasionally play challenge him with the neck flare and the stare down and he gives it right back, standing his ground.

Nyx - comb so small it appears to not even be present

Marked size difference Nyx is between the two SFH’s

Either way I am not complaining, I adore those 2 girls.

Calypso, well, I have no clue on her parentage. She is beardless like the rest of them so that does narrow it down somewhat. I will not even take a guess on which boy is her daddy as both parents have to carry that dominate white gene. I know for a fact Davy is Bluey's dad, only option. I suspect Barbosa is the father to Bingo and Lucky.

I find it amusing that while I love my bearded girls, I kept beardless keepers. I had plenty of bearded chicks hatch out. These 4 just spoke to me as chicks. I remind them daily though, please, pullets.

I will send a prayer out to the chicken gods for them to be all pullets, but they are fickle so idk how much success will be had.

They are gorgeous! The beardless do make more sense, I think being able to see is really rather important. Great picks!

@BY Bob your method worked perfectly to get the cochins in bed. They refused after I unplugged their heater but with a headlamp, they popped right in.

Around the 3:20 min mark. She does this odd shivering, just something new I observed. I am sorry for the long video it’s about 4.5 min but I wanted to try and get you guys a good idea of what I see. Still eating drinking and pooping normally. No further incidents of her being unable to walk like yesterday.

I was able to check her vent, it looks completely normal.

Laverne was stuck to Mr P’s side because she is a vicious little brat! She tries to pick at his feathers on his head coming in.

I wish Mr P would thump her one, but he just puts up with it. Hen pecked

I have the same neurological issues issues. I have chickens too, and they make me crazy!!!!!!!!

She does seem unsteady but whatever vitamins/supplements you're giving her has shown improvement. She is so-o-o pretty as a crested black/white Swedish. I'm rootin' for her all the way

Thank you I have high hopes she will pull through. The other day she couldn’t walk at all. It’s so odd. The symptoms she shows most of the time are so subtle but something is definitely not right.
