Oh my gosh, all 5 of mine were sunbathing earlier, too! IT IS 100⁰F!!!

Now imagine having crazy nutty horses added into the mix!

I am surprised I am not bald from pulling my hair out!

Yes! I see horses around here and wonder. Plus my neighbor with horses and goats, with all the damp weather here, she has had a ridiculous time dealing with foot fungus in the goat's hooves. She's up til midnight putting medicated goo in there and wrapping their feet. Not everybody has it, but they have 60 goats. No wonder she told me chickens were easy!

This is the one that had me headed towards panic

then she lifted her head...

Goats and horses - cattle too - are all animals more suited to arid dry rocky areas. Their hooves do not do well in soft soil or wet moist soil conditions.
