Oh my gosh, so funny you should say that, my husband and I said the same...

She must have been somewhat impressed, but a girl can't seem too eager... the proof is in the pudding...lol

Yep I know.

And yep I could do that. Might do that and see how it goes. She’s a troublesome creature, always fretting. I don’t want her tearing up and down the aisle at night. I used to have a gate across the aisle - I might put that back in place. Esp if I get the FIFO (fly in/fly out) job I am hoping for. This way whoever i get to care for the horses doesn’t have to worry.

I love FIFO jobs. I don’t even have to leave my plane to do it. (It’s still fire season)

He's beautiful! You could probably get eggs in the spring. Wonder how many peafowl eggs a chicken could brood?

I think you'd love them Alex. They are little (aka big) alarms, that go off at anytime. So you wouldn't feel lonely for the sound of your roosters in their down time...
