Neighbour’s chick update.

They have 13 hatched and another pipped, it’s day 23 I think…. I told her to keep them until day 25.

The splay-legged chick is doing a bit better - hoping she will start getting mobile and live a long chicken life

Forgot to ask if she settled on a name for the third Shirley chick

BFTP: Josephine on my desk. If you try and move her off she'd fly and wreck the room and get in a panic. The best thing to let her do is fly out the door instead.

I don't think it is something for which there is an approved dose. I don't remember what I gave - I read what they said for people and gave less!

Then I came home tonight and her crop was down! Sheesh!

These chickens are stressing me so. But at least I don’t have to worry about them kicking me in the head!
