Thank you! We're going for a bit of colour variety and not breeding so hoping to have a nice colourful group of girls. I am very partial to the blue/copper laced girls at the moment.Beautiful flock! ❤

We're putting the pullets in with our 3 other hens next weekend and we're thinking if the Polish girls get picked on too much we will separate them and get a couple of Silkies to go with them in a coop.Beautiful! But you're wife is right. You need a few silkies too.![]()
G'day!
No problem!Thank you kindly.
Thank you, I definitely feel welcomed. I have a few different kind of lettuce, Swiss chard and perpetual spinach going in my vegetable garden which they all love. They are also getting to free range a bit during the day. They love scratching in the sugar cane mulch under the citrus trees.Welcome to BYC! For a green treat that the bad weather can't wreck in the garden, have you looked into sprouting grains? Chickens love it and you can do it in jars in your house.
Thank you kindly. So nice to feel so welcomed by so many of you.Hello and welcome to BYC! So glad you joined, its nice to meet you!![]()
