How do I prove Chika is a rooster to this stubborn man?
I thought maybe i could catch the roo and show him its butt or something to win the bet.

You should ask him what evidence he would accept to prove that his Chika is really a Chico? There may not be any proof you could provide that he will accept!

If Chika is the only rooster in the flock, a simple test would be to see if the eggs are fertile. Either by look or by a test hatch. That would be evidence even a curmudgeonly fella would have to accept.
