@UThobbyfarmer your eggs look great! Packaged just like the ones I got from Meyer hatchery. What are the Silverruds blue?
They were previously named Isbar. Some people still call them that. Sweet, quirky, medium sized, excellent foragers, decent winter layers of green eggs, BBS.

Awesome selection. I’m a sucker for beautiful eggs! Meyer was out of Welsummer when I ordered, but I did get Legbars, Olive Eggers and Easter Eggers! Added Buff Orpington for my FIL who wanted a friendly, large bird.

sounds like my chick order this year. LOL 1 legbar, 1 olive Egger, 2 EE then a couple others (Buttercups for white eggs). I am hoping to have a pretty egg basket once they all start laying. :) hoping my EE's lay different colors then the EE I have now that lays an extremely light blue that is almost white. Would love a bit of a darker blue and a light green. :)

YES please!

I had 2 little miracle hatches. After I called it & shut off the incubator I had these 2 hatch Miracle & Houdini. I now know to make sure I double check all of the eggs before shutting it down. My totals for this hatch for sure now (all eggs were opened after Houdini hatched)
Chicken - 12 - 66% (half shipped cross country)
Quail - 16 - 84%

That’s incredible! Glad they made it out before the clean out. I can honestly say, after 2 years hatching, I still learn something every hatch.

Ok I went and checked on my hen, nobody pipped or hatched. I know I'm off on the dates, by like 3 days so they could come anytime!! And the broody won't get off her nest, usually she leaves every morning but she hasn't got off yet today, I don't know if that means they are close to hatching or what!!!
