Update!

The egg was not a double yolk egg. There was only one baby in it! The egg was huge, and I could have sworn there were two but only one baby popped out, and nothing else was in it.

Yep! It hatched around 2:45am last night. It’s now in the brooder with everyone else.

Oh and my dad was talking about quail again this past weekend. He wants to know if there is any demand for quail eggs, so I’m going to be researching a little bit to see.

There is actually a growing demand for quail eggs in the United States of America. Especially among the Asian communities. Quail eggs are great for several uses.
