I imagine they are but it also depends on the geographical area as well. Where we are, there is not much in the way of Asian communities, much more Caucasian, African, and Hispanic communities.There is actually a growing demand for quail eggs in the United States of America. Especially among the Asian communities. Quail eggs are great for several uses.
I still think $4 a dozen quail eggs is good though. The feed conversion is definitely lower than our chicken and duck eggs.
