LPHF Blue Australorps Hatching Thread

There is actually a growing demand for quail eggs in the United States of America. Especially among the Asian communities. Quail eggs are great for several uses.
I imagine they are but it also depends on the geographical area as well. Where we are, there is not much in the way of Asian communities, much more Caucasian, African, and Hispanic communities.

I still think $4 a dozen quail eggs is good though. The feed conversion is definitely lower than our chicken and duck eggs.

I personally much prefer quail eggs over everything else. I will readily pay even $5/dozen. That is how much I like them.

Yep! :wee Thank you!

Oh and my dad was talking about quail again this past weekend. :D He wants to know if there is any demand for quail eggs, so I’m going to be researching a little bit to see. :pop
Tell him YES! Do you have any Vietnamese neighbors? They will buy them all.

I wouldn't pay 4 dollars a dozen for quail eggs...3 would be pushing it.
