My hens tongue is through the skin under her beak

This is her poop, very green and small. She hasn’t become lethargic at all and desperately tries to drink and eat. I’ve separated her from the flock because she now has an infection on the inside of her mouth where the tongue is going through
Did you look at the articles for tube feeding? You need to get the correct size tube and syringes ASAP, and I believe baby parrot food works well to syringe down the tube. @casportpony's article on Tube feeding has all the info you need. I believe @Wyorp Rock linked it.

Really?? Can I see a full body picture of this bird? That looks exactly like a rooster. I'm fascinated!
Of course!
Go to your pharmacy and ask for Betadine Gargle and Mouthwash. It's used to treat infected sores in the mouth. Use a Q-tip to paint it on the infected tissue. Be careful it's not a lot that she will swallow it.
okay I will do that
I find that fluoride free toothpaste is a life saver in soothing and getting rid of cancer sores. Not sure if that is safe for chickens, or affective for this issue, but thought I'd mention it at least.
Can you get pictures of the "infected area" if possible?

Ps. You can get fish antibiotics on Amazon and Chewy. Not sure which would be most affective here but one has to work.
Okay thank you, I will get some pictures tonight or tomorrow morning

Not sure if this is helpful either, but this is an article for dogs using homeopathic medicine to heal injuries. It doesn't have one specific for infection, but maybe the one for, "puncture wounds, and cuts with jagged edges" would be helpful?

Again, its for dogs so not sure if would be affective, but trying to throw everything out there. You can usually get these are at natural food store, (I use the Co-op) or sometimes drug stores.

Not being harsh here - it looks like you have 2 options. Try to correct it yourself or put her down since there's infection. It will just get worse.

If you want to try to fix it yourself, then get us more photos.
What state do you live in? Sometimes you can get antibiotics at TSC depending on where you are. They can be ordered online too, but this will take a few days to get them.
Yeah it really is my only options, I tried to get some fish antibiotics today but they won’t even sell those because of people using them. I will see if I can purchase them online. :( thank you

Thinking over the comment @Wyorp Rock made about doing something or euthanizing, I agree. At this point, after being abandoned by all the vet offices, I would tighten my suspenders and gather instruments that might help grasp the tongue shaft from the inside and pull it back inside the mouth.

First, you will need a partner to assist by holding the chicken wrapped tightly in a towel. I would assemble every sort of grasping tool you can find. Tweezers - all sizes, needle-nose pliers, someone with tiny slender fingers. Get everything gathered so you can try them each rapidly until you find something that will work. If you have cloth bandage tape, you could wrap the needle-nose plier with it to cushion the jaws to grasp her delicate tongue.

Have your assistant hold the chicken and pry open the mouth very wide. It's won't hurt her. Have the mouth held open while you try to pull the tongue back inside.

I have got her tongue back in her mouth and her puncture wound under her mouth Is closed and scabbed over currently. I need to just get rid of her infection, I bought some bedatine, how do I use it on the infection because it’s in her mouth? Do I water it down and put it one there with a q-tip? Or no watering it down

Did you order any antibiotics? Its likely they would have been here by now had you ordered them at your last post. @azygous will be able to help with your question, but antibiotics would be the best thing to get your hands on.

I was not able to order antibiotics online:( but I’ll still do whatever I can

You can take a Q-tip and wet it slightly in the undiluted Betadine. Be careful there's not so much on the Q-tip the hen will swallow any. Then dab just enough Betadine on the wound inside the mouth to paint it. You probably should apply it twice a day.

An oral antibiotic would be wise, as @Weeg mentioned. You may be able to find amoxicillin at Tractor Supply at 500mg. Your hen will only need 250mg per day so open the capsule, divide it into two doses and give her one 250 mg dose per day for seven to ten days. I've found that a small bite of bread soaked in olive oil will sop up the amoxy powder and the chicken will gobble it down without any fuss.

Glad you were able to get her tongue back inside her mouth. This is definitely a unique thread.
