No sorry i meant i put it in on the 15th of this month my apologies!Yeah it usually loses more weigh in the middle of incubation. You should be able to do the tilt test on it.

Yes! i will do that but i figured to start trying to hatch one and if it hatched i would buy a chickOh okay, so quite a ways to go yet. Can you get a couple more eggs just in case? They're social and you shouldn't have just one anyway![]()
Ok good to know and fyi it lost 2 grams today i think my hydrometer is way offSo if your egg started at 693, then you want it to lose and average of 2.07 a day to get the target loss of 15%. You would be safe in a range of 1.79 average daily to 2.35. So the 4g weight loss isn’t a big deal provided some other days it loses less than 2g.
