The 19th of November? That would make it about 30 days along now if that's the case. Have you checked it for any signs of life yet?
 
Oh okay, so quite a ways to go yet. Can you get a couple more eggs just in case? They're social and you shouldn't have just one anyway :)

Yes! i will do that but i figured to start trying to hatch one and if it hatched i would buy a chick
 
So if your egg started at 693, then you want it to lose and average of 2.07 a day to get the target loss of 15%. You would be safe in a range of 1.79 average daily to 2.35. So the 4g weight loss isn’t a big deal provided some other days it loses less than 2g.

Ok good to know and fyi it lost 2 grams today i think my hydrometer is way off
