I ended up tossing in a couple bags of frozen okra into the pot of beef stew last night. Was SO good!

I have some Brussel sprouts I need to use..thinking about throwing them in soon.

I don’t think I have seen any chicks this tiny before!!! They just wabble around like they were born this morning.

Well folks, DW is amazing. She knows I want to expand into hogs next spring... So she bought me a pair of 7 month old pot belly pigs to get started. We pick them up Saturday.

So fun! And a little jealous!

Stop no. Then the smell of Brussels spouts ( which I love) will totally take over the smell of stew.

I know My Pet Chicken says chicks ship Monday and do not call them unless they are not delivered by Thursday. Can they go this long without food and water??? This is killing me. I got my last shipment the following morning (like 18 hours).
