Love to see you froggy RJ!Can you still get fresh apples? If so I'd go for either apple sauce or butter. I'll steam juice my apples with a couple cinnamon sticks, then take what's left behind and make apple sauce and then butter. If I'm feeling really frogy, I'll make some apple jelly from some of the juice. Aint doin apple syrup ever again.![]()
