I'm a terrible nurse lol, I've literally got hubs in bed with a just in case bucket nearby and haven't physically been near him for more than 30 seconds at a time. I bet I've screamed "take the tatering immodium!" at least a hundred times today. The man is trying my nerves.

I hear you loud & clear my patience is gone. Not just with hubby at times. Mainly doctors and nurses

Maybe? I don't process them right by the coop either. Actually, I dump the leftovers in the woods, and with the last bird I did they were still there and rotting several weeks later. Nothing had eaten them.

Um, we have bears and coyotes, so the birds get incinerated.

BTW squatchers, I haven't talked about eggs lately as my young pullets are getting on the band wagon and I don't want egg envy.

Oh and that monster on top is from a new pullet.

We did the walk. Just a mile thank goodness.
First off it is blooming cold and windy.
Second off she is NOT fully leash trained yet.
Third off, and worst thing that could happen, her tatering leash clip broke 1/4 mile from home!!!
Yes for 15 second she was OFF leash!
I carried her 27 pound self that 1/4 mile. Funny how heavy 27 pounds is while it wiggles.

YEAH!! CAKE!! That looks very delish!!

I ran to the store while she napped.

Speaking of naps.... on the MD getting a good one in!

All in all it has been a decent day.

I been simmering a pot of green chili and will make smothered burritos for dinner.

But now cake sounds better!
