True story, neither of my parents have red hair (the both had brown hair, my dad has gone silver), but 3 of the 5 of us kids do (me and one sister have curly auburn hair and another sister has wavy strawberry blonde that keeps getting redder over the years). I know what you might be thinking but no "milkman" involvement. There is recessive red on both my mom's and dad's sides of the family and it popped up in 3 of us.I have weird hair... sometimes wavy, sometimes straight. Like, I might have straight hair one day, and then it'll be wavy the next... or wavy in spots... and not the sexy hair spots... or like beach wavy hair.... UGH....
My bio dad had kinky curly hair... I once saw a pic of him with a HUGE red afro... he was NOT a good looking man... yeesh! Bio mom had long, dried spaghetti straight red hair... I mean STRAIGHT!!! She would get a tight perm every month, and it would always end up as very loose curls by the end of the month. Luckily, they both had very thick hair... which is a blessing and a curse. I am never cold, but whenever I get a hair cut, I have to BEG the stylist to thin it out a 2nd time. Most won't do it cause they think my hair can't take it.... mua ha haaaa... it can be thinned out THREE times... and STILL be thick as hell.
My husband's mother had red hair when she was younger. All his brothers and his one sister have red hair, so it was really no shock when we had a red haired child. He was truly beautiful!True story, neither of my parents have red hair (the both had brown hair, my dad has gone silver), but 3 of the 5 of us kids do (me and one sister have curly auburn hair and another sister has wavy strawberry blonde that keeps getting redder over the years). Our sweet baby is home from retreiving school. She drug out all the toys, played and collapsed.
Lol well in that case I'd say he doesn t mind too much. We kept chicks in the very cold basement. Wouldn't recommend it, but I think the cold helped keep the smell down.@apryl29 I don’t know. He saw the 8 week olds Friday, and thought there was “about a dozen”. He did see me move the brooder cage to the run, but never commented. He has nothing to do with the chickens. He has no clue I ordered 2 sets of chicks, that I have made multiple trips buying chicks or that I have sold one.
I prefer to do things and ask for forgiveness later, otherwise the answer would always be no. Kind of like I waited for him to go to Montana and built a new run by myself.
I missed the part about from outside. That would have been great. Pics? I go in to scoop the poop in the am anyway, but it'd be nice to free them before I go in.Yeah, no chicken escapees that way! I got a million ideas!![]()
