Yes its pretty bad. Do what Banty posted to help. Take just a little off and in a week maybe a little more. That sort of issue will need regular maintenance just for the bird to live. I would not breed that bird or its parent stock. Sorry Sammy.
I would raise to butcher size and then have supper.

The parents are good and so are the other chicks she might end up in the smoker

Just do as little. The white part would be a good starting point.
Then in a week the blood vessels should have receded enough to take another 1/16th off.
The goal long term would be to get it so it is just a bit longer then the bottom beak BUT that bottom is super short so I don't think you will be able to take that much off.
Just be really careful.

Yes these trees drop so many acorns and the one behind the trampoline makes them the size of tennis balls

Really? Awesome !Goats love them. You can peel and chop them and feed them to chickens. Natural dewormer in the tannins.

I’ve clipped a beak with toe nail clippers and I’ve used a dremel to grind it down. It’s how easily the bird is to handle...
I agree her lower beak is very short so her upper may always be longer then it should.
Ship her here. (If it’s a her) I’ll take care of her.

@TexasSam it is like her top beak it too big and curved, her bottom beak is way too short and what is that lump looking thing on her neck? Poor baby!
