That's bull taters right there,
Unless you are selling them by the gross....
Although wait! If you have a business and it's in the negative can't you CLAIM that on your taxes?
Yes but only for so long. They actually have the nerve to expect you to make money. And keeping all those receipts and everything is a PIA.

Oh sure , Smuv gets sick it's OMG, THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT. I get sick, oh yeah, Cappy got sick i think....:hit

PFFFT!! Everyone told you to rest and get better too. Told you to go to the doc and Sam even made soup!

I do hope Smuv is going to get better very soon! Its hard being sick and having a sick kiddo.
All my best to Smuv and the PIC. :hugs

Thanks for the smax but its not the same. :hit
Smuv always leaves welts.

I can smack pretty good too!

Well I'm too young to pay taxes, so I can sell birds just fine.
I'm actually trying to find a business partner to buy a bunch of rare birds, raise them until they're individually sellable(2 mos), and then sell them. Just an idea the would be really cool and was suggested by my mom.
It costs a lot to buy rare birds. They can die, and it is expensive to raise birds. I considered myself lucky if i sold my chicks shortly after hatch and kept my feed costs down. Or sold hatching eggs and shipped them.

Good afternoon everyone!

I've been a bit busy today. I had a chiropractor appointment this morning and I've been working on food prep most of the afternoon. The Milk Drinker has been SOOOOO cranky. I really hope this is a growth spurt rather than the terrible twos come early.

I have live plants, and medications can't be used on the kuhli loaches(they don't have scales and it would kill them) and they have ich too, so I can't use medications or salt for the majority, but the ones with fin rot are quarantined in a ten gallon with higher temps and aquarium salt.
I used to have loaches. I LOVE loaches they are so funny! I wanted some kuhli loaches for the longest time but the one time I did find them, the aquarium place had given them salt shock and they all died (kuhli loaches are really sensitive about going from a higher salt environment to a lower salt environment). When you reintroduce your loaches, I would slowly mix in water from your main tank over several days to get the used to lower salt levers. I did find a couple of Java Loaches (black kuhlis) that did live for a long time

I mainly had Yoyo and Hillstream Loaches, but it was my one Zebra loach that started it all. He was so funny I just had to get more but I was never able to find more zebra loaches so I switched to Yoyos. I ended up getting rid of them because I didn't have as much time for them as I used to. The last straw was that my heater broke and overheated my tank, killing all my Angel loaches (which have a lower heat tolerance). When I got rid of the loaches some of my yoyos were 6 inch long monsters.

Here are some pics. Sorry for the poor quality. I shot these pics with my original blackberry phone, gosh...8-9 years ago.

I love kuhlii loaches and clown loaches!

That is not true young lady, so you just grab your ownself by the underpants and hold up!
We were all begging you to go to the doctor!!!!!
No point, i wasn't running a high fever so nothing they would do. I just have to wait it out. I am feeling a bit better but tummy still feels yuck.
I was just pulling your legs.
