I'm not a fan of boiled chicken but a chicken goes well in the smoker. I need to start thinning my big flock so I can make room for the Ameraucanas I'm going to get in the spring. The hens aren't as important as the roosters. I don't want any other roosters that aren't Ameraucana breeding with my Ameraucana hens.

Boiled chicken doesn't sound good but GUMBO does!
I WANT GUMBO...as I stomp my feet and whine!
