Because it is a beautiful show! Full of wisdom, love, insight, humanity. And humor, on occasion.

But it does have pain. Like life.

And, it's good entertainment. And a distraction. And, it's fiction (I stopped watching or listening to the news some time ago, because it made me too sad).

That's all. I watch stupid-funny stuff sometimes (hubby is a huge Adam Sandler fan, lol). Like the Wedding Crashers, the Hangover, ya know?

Guess the short answer is: Cuz it is just great TV. Like Breaking Bad. Flawless.

I can't do Wedding Crashers and Hangover but I loved Breaking Bad.
Better call Sal...Nope couldn't watch that one either.
I really want to check out this new (to me) show now.

I watch it on Hulu. I don't have TV.

Also, if you like Grey's an have Hulu, check out their original series "The Resident" It is great!

I don't pay for regular cable tv but I have to have the converter box thingy in order to watch regular tv..makes no sense to me.
Anyways with this box thingie I can watch some shows kinda like the same way your would watch on Netflix (and Hulu I guess...I'm not sure what Hulu is)
My point..I live on Netflix.

EW, EW, EW, EWWWWWWWW!

A couple minutes ago, I caught two cupped handfuls of toddler puke! The Milk Drinker was on my lap eating lunch and took an overly large bite. He worked on it for about a minute before he gagged on it. I caught all but a quarter sized dallop that got on my leg. Yay me!

:whisper: EWWWWWWWWWW! :shudder:

I've never seen puke and dallop in the same sentence before. Leave it to this bunch of unique people. I love you guys lol

OK, so this is totally OT (mashed potaters!!!)

But someone was asking about a pickled egg recipe, like 800 posts ago.

I have all these little bantam eggs now--way too many--so three days ago for the first time in my life I made pickles. Pickled Sriracha eggs. It was like the easiest recipe ever. And I just ate three of them (never ate a pickled egg in my life before). And OMG, I will NEVER be without them, ever again. It is that good. Enjoy. I tried to post a picture of mine, but my pathetic little flip phone won't let me. So here you go:

@TexasSam and @Anansi talking about the fresh cut grass candle, so I ended up buying DH some fresh cut grass wax melts (yes, my DH is a pretty pretty princess), and they smell awesome!!
