Official Squatch Watchers

We have Spectrum internet, no bundle... HOWEVER... the internet goes out at a MINIMUM of 6 times a day. Most of the time only for a minute or two... but it's gone out for up to 30 minutes. Spectrum said it was because of the internet speed, so we paid for ifaster internet. Then they said it was our old box, so we got a new box. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

We have the SAME problems with internet here too.
Don't get me started on that.
They come out and change out modem thing every few months...
 
I sent my mom a pic of my vanilla so she could be jealous.
She knows the best vanilla comes from Mexico but neither of us have tried this particular one yet.
Her response to the picture:

They don't have to put everything in English TOO like how we have to put everything in Spanish here.

I about peed.
She does know I am married to a Mexican.

What's so bad is, we had a technician come out and RUN THE LINES... he even said there was an issue between the pole and the house. The CS sitting on their arse AT THE COMPANY said no, the tech was wrong, they aren't showing ANY issues between the pole and the house. Ok. SO, now we're on to going TO Spectrum to try again. Yeesh

We have had lines replaced here too.
Each time a tech comes out its a different story...we still have issues, but not nearly as bad as a few months ago which was the last time we got a new box thing.
