Ok I went to a local feed store to get some feed(rather the a 45min drive) and they gave me 18% chick feed I said non medicated and dint even think to look because I stressed it and I had the kids dumb me..... its medicated....and has a few little tan bugs in it..m can I still feed the quail and the ducklings/chicks it?
Might be dumb question but I dont feed any of my birds medicated unless they are sick. And not even really then. And my quail usually get 24%
Ugh been on of those days....​

It's a hassle yes but bugs in it may mean it is old too.

Well they are closed until monday and I didnt realized I was out of feed... :oops:
MFG: APR 20 18 only one seems to have the bugs and the bugs are not really bad just a few here and there that I can see..

I would return it. I never feed medicated.

Ugh, that sucks. But all our feed stores are 45min + drive away.

I really don't know about quail and medicated feed.
The date isn't horrible but not great either.

I think mine has a med added. Oh , Hope! The quail have started to hatch! Its a miracle, because the heating unit got unplugged by the cat and the bator was down to 90! Idk how long but all the chicken and guinea eggs were dead with blood rings! :wee
