Saw the coon again while I was locking up, it got way too close and kept staying close. It has got to go, like permently go. I chased it, threw stuff at it ,made noise and it would run off then come back. I don't like that one tiny bit. It was pretty much at the back door, chickens wanted to alert at it and walk towards the thing so I couldn't go get my problem solver. I don't like raccoons.

Did somebody have an article on ether euthanasia? Not giving up, just need to be prepared for all outcomes.

We caught two coons last night. I was awake but it took me 4-5 pops to recognize the sound of gunshots. My FIL is a lousy shot with a 9 mil hand gun at close range.

I've got a second set of eyes and hands for tonights lock up, it won't be around long if it shows up again. I'm staying home all day in case it is bold enough to pop out in the daylight.I did a check this morning to make sure the thing wasn't just hanging out in the yard or trees. I'm waiting on a package that will help me handle things in case there are more. Raccoon does not know who it is messing with!
