I love ya people... but will never eat atcha houses..... probably try and sneakily serve me liver. Since I was little, I could taste the iron in liver.... my mom would slice it up into matchstick pieces... nope... tried mixing ground liver into ground beef and nope.... no matter how little it was, I could taste it......

Now, to be fair, about 2 years ago I was given a recipe for chicken livers.... I followed it TO THE LETTER... the person swore up and down I would LOVE this recipe..... soaked it in buttermilk, breaded and fried. Took a single piece into my mouth and by the very first chew I knew there was NO WAY I would eat liver. I swallowed that piece and tossed the rest.

I am a staunch meat eater however, if all they had was liver and lima beans, I would fill up on lima beans.

I also like dirty rice and liver sausage.
