The perks of being the cleaning lady.

A very nice lady who works here has been unknowingly supplying my chickens with bananas.
She brings in a bunch on Monday and whatever is left on Friday she throws out. I brought home 4 bananas last week.

I seem to constantly have growing youngsters so there are always feathers all over the place.

I fed mine some cherries today. They weren't sure at first, but once they tried them they gobbled them all up.

Hmmm, the feathers were peachy colored so that narrowed it down but still nobody has any new bald spots i'm just stumped. I didn't hear any fighting, that many feathers surely i'd have heard something? They were in a dustbathing hole so molting is all I can figure but still where are the dang bald spots? I stay confused with these birds.

Don't you have one that is going broody? She probably plucked her chest.

Ok folks.... Be glad we don't have smell o vision.... Today was lock down for the turkeys, DW pulled the second tray out for candling and a stinker exploded... She's in the shower right now... Any home remedies to get the stench off the body???? How about the carpet?

Anyone got a picture of a stinker at like 14 days???? I still can't ID them.

Ugh, that sucks. I put a couple drops of essential oils on my hands after I dealt with the stinker that exploded under my broody.
