We often see what you're describing in meat birds.My worry is Rene the fav, seriously she's just starting to get any tail and i'm talking feather shafts at the most 3 or 4 not an actual tail and her entire body is still fuzz. Not failure to thrive she's much larger than any chick iv'e hatched and waay bigger than her broodmates. Is it possible for a chicken to be giant? I know dwarves happen.

Well not much I can do about her except let her be. The other ones don't seem to care she acts normal just real big and fuzzy. I can really tell the weight class is much differnt the others feel like nothing in my hand, she feels like a rock. Named her good too Rene is the across the road lady but it was also Andre the giants middle name.It's a giraffe chick from Africa. Very rare.
