It's barely 6 am here.

Oh to sleep in...........maybe someday.

Hubby is already at work.

Sable seems fine. Still refusing puppy food. No I am not offering out of the iffy bag.
She keeps eggs and dog cookies down and acts just fine so I don't suspect a blockage.
She is still leaving poops so may be eating the grown up food after we go to bed....


The vet said not to worry unless activity level changes or she starts acting sick.

How old is sable? Is she more than six months?

She is 10+ months now. Born in late October so yes 10 months.

I was prepared for the black coffee to be yucky, but it’s not bad! At least I know if I totally run out of creamer, I won’t have to go without my lifeline.

Well everything she ate this morning has been puked back up.

I am going to take her to the vet ASAP this morning.
I think x-rays and blood work is in order at this point.

Kids are free birding in the yard after breakfast. They are smart little farts, they hear the backdoor and all run to the end of the tractor I prop up so they can get in and out. They know whats going on.

I might enter her as payback for making me worry and for screaming at me before iv'e had coffee.

I opened up my coop door this morning to see there was a chicken explosion over night.
Both of my Welsummers haven’t laid in a few days and this morning their feathers were everywhere!

I wonder how many feathers are on your average chicken?

A whole flippin lot! The rooster/older hen side of my coop looks like a war zone.
