@Kayla’s Chickens, hey good to see you came back! I didn't tell you much yesterday so I will fill you in so my junk dosen't sound like a raving looney lol! Iv'e got 11 chickens 6 adults, 1 pullet, and 4 preteens. 5 of mine are faverolles, 2 dominiques, 1 speckled sussex, 1 buff brahma, 1 ameracana, 1 delaware. Plus a cat, goldfish and husband. I'm 43, got hair to my knees and hug my rooster without shame.

Well, faverolle hens are big and loud they chat all the time and they aren't super bright but they are very sweet. Faverolle roosters are big teddies for the most part,very chatty and just slightly brighter than the hens. Both sexes are "under foot" chickens, they don't do personal space.

Oh and Misty is fine, but hubby will likely never swallow again and is considered a terminal case, with maybe a year and a half to live.
And she is trying to get settled in a new place.

Oh no, that is so very sad. Please tell her that she and her husband are in my thoughts, and I hope she comes back on here when she can.

Thanks! They will be 22 weeks old in a couple days. Can’t wait for my very first blue egg!
