Yes, Tolbunt is a color variety of Polish. Really pretty feathers.

The hen i got is frizzle! So cool.

They are pretty expensive which is why i got chicks when i could. She only had 5 available. These came from a different breeder. I have 3 roos, 3 pullets and a hen.

Ummm....are you sure there is really a chicken under there? Just kidding, she is adorable Do you think you will keep all of those males?

I actually pulled the sheeting off pretty easy. I hadn't nailed it up like a total maniac. I repositioned the one window. It was higher up then the other. I was using opening that were already in the framing to make things easier. That's how I decided where the windows would go. LOL The whole building was built by eye I swear. It doesn't help it's older and leaning. But new studs and windows will be level and plumb.

I was worried they wouldn't want to roost there if they felt vulnerable to predators. If it's too cold are they don't seem to like it I'll add shutters....

My big coop has windows on all walls. Mine aren't bothered by them. When it's hot mine WANT to be near them.

Thank you all for the Corid measurements. I got 2 new pullets last weekend....a Svart Hona I named Harriet and black Silkie I named Adele. One of them had a little blood in her poop so I'm giving Corid strictly as a precaution. They both seem fine and I'm thinking it's just some tissue shedding.
