Hey guys. I had a long day today. We set up the hog panel fence and made a piggy house out of a broken water tote.

I stuffed the tote with a bale of hay after I took the pictures. This evening my SIL and I went and picked them up. They are so cute. They dived right into the hay when we got them back.

So there are enough people desiring the service to make it worth it?
That’s cool!
You would be shocked!
I have to college girls and they work 5 days a week from 8:30 to 4 and 6 to 8 homes a day and still behind. My hire a new crew soon. Not too mention I’m behind in my remodeling company as well. I can’t keep up. I’m having to sub jobs out just so I don’t get buried

It's a coop! No chickens in it yet but with minimal work they could live in it!

Need corner pieces and fence up. The chicken door needs rigging but it goes up and down.

That is such a massive transformation from the falling down buried in brush garage!
What a tater ton of work but so very worth it!
:thumbsup

The reason I chose to go with this breed is it will take them about 1 year to grow out to slaughter weight, which is only about 150-200lbs. They are more of a "pet pig" size. The best part is, that these people are about 40 min away and they are one of the only breeders of registered American Guinea Hogs in WV. She had to go to MD, KY, TN and GA for her breeding stock. If we like these pigs, we'll probably get a couple more barrows and a young pair from them. About this time next year.
