I been playing Words with Friends and searching. I had a prescription for Prednisone and decided to start it this morning. I am getting sleepy though. I didn’t sleep well last night with nerve pain shooting down my buttock from lower back. And my arms started to go numb again. I figured it was time to take that Prednisone to see if things would calm down.
I think I am going to try to sleep now.

I suspect i have spinal stenosis. My hands and feet tingle and i have a couple bad discs too. Seems like everyone is falling apart. Nice to think about chickens instead.

I had carpal tunnel in both my hands while preggo with the PIC.... it returns at times, so I have braces for my hands... plus the sleep brace for the plantar faciitis... sheesh I am part terminator now!!!

Oh i had surgery on both wrists for that. Worked well but i lost strength in my hands. I wrestle with waterers sometimes! That is my indian name you know, Wrestles with Waterers!
