Still trying to lose the 25 extra pounds from having my son 33 years ago. Is there a special trick or exercise to do? Make it go away.
I’m no help here. In the first 6 months after having him, I lose 55-60 lbs from just nursing him. I gained it ALL back, while still nursing.
I managed to lose all the weight from my kids but gained everything back after my hysterectomy :/ I found an app called Lose it that's been helping a lot

And yet wouldn't drop to my waist even if I bent over.
