Still trying to lose the 25 extra pounds from having my son 33 years ago. Is there a special trick or exercise to do? Make it go away.

I’m no help here. In the first 6 months after having him, I lose 55-60 lbs from just nursing him. I gained it ALL back, while still nursing.

I managed to lose all the weight from my kids but gained everything back after my hysterectomy :/ I found an app called Lose it that's been helping a lot :)

I nursed my son for 6 mos. and didn't lose an ounce. Breasts didn't dry up entirely for 2 yrs. I could have had nursed quadruplets . Had such a powerful stream my son got colic trying not to drown. THEN someone told me my let down reflex was too strong. I should have let the "fountain," run down the sink till it slowed down. How I would I know, the women in the family had a stroke that I wanted to do something as "icky," as nurse a baby. What's with them? For a very petite person with petite everythings, it gave me quite a boost of esteem, to think they could produce as well as any curvy lady. And 33 years later they still are somewhat bigger than originally. :yesss: And yet wouldn't drop to my waist even if I bent over.:gig

She is a rose comb, but she's squished for some reason. One side is "off", rose combs are normally pretty symmetrical when the birds are young. It gets bigger and lumpier but the sides should be pretty even. This is Hobo shortly after she hit POL, you can see the symmetry compared to Dutch.:)

Isn't she a mixed breed? Maybe she got some weird genetics combine two different Combs.

Same. I lost most of it then being it back plus. My baby is going to be 14 this year so it's definitely not baby weight.
Well, because producing milk makes you hungry!
At least it made me hungry.
I was starving my entire pregnancy and then afterwards. And it hasn't stopped since!
Morning everyone!

I never figured out the losing extra pounds thing.
:hmm

I am not the first one up today. No quiet time here.

The wet weather yesterday did not leave white stuff on the ground. :wee
Lucky!

I've tried that. It's not bad but it's so hard keeping on track. I've also got a Fitbit but apparently you have to actually get up and move for it to work.
