Morning!

It is looking like a nice sunny morning here.

I finally found a thatch rake yesterday. :woot

It is still quite a workout but worth it if I can save the front lawn. I don't think it has ever had that done.

early spring chickens do a great job of dethatching,,, just don't leave them there too long
 
Good morning everyone.

I got to sleep in a bit (7:30) this morning which was nice. We are now pulling out all the baby stuff and moving them over to the new house. I'm being driven a bit batty because I wan't to help, but every time I get up and do things, I start getting contractions. Maybe I'll go help my FIL and SIL tape up the Single wide so they can paint (we are painting to lighten up the walls and trap stuff that would otherwise off-gas from the walls behind the paint.

Yesterday was also a reminder that I need to pack a hospital bag. I drank too little and was getting fairly regular contractions. When I realized it was 5pm and I had only drank about half of what I normally do, I guzzled water and my contractions stopped. But still, it wouldn't have been fun to try to pack my hospital bag during contractions and trying to remember everything I could need.

You really really need to be a director not a participant during the move.
I know it is difficult. :hugs

That baby is close to here. I wouldn't want to hear you had an emergency because of doing to much.

thatch rake?

You can buy a thatching blade for the mower

They are a lot less work!
