It is amazing how a solid blow to the head can ruin a person.

I lol a bit because hubby has a patch on his jacket that says .....
"Some people just need a pat on the head with a hammer"

:hmm Maybe a bigger hammer.........

On to more fun things.....I have been staining the lumber....It is coming out a bit more orange than anticipated but won't be awful.

Oh and here is one of the reasons I definitely won't have help with the yard......:hmm

Is he moving to that speed boat? No yard work there . . .

Henny, it is odd your neighbor got thunked in the head, my crazy shack man did too.
Crazy shack man pretty much fell on his head though.
Kind of sad, he was at least semi famous and a really good skateboarder.
Now he's in a shack and has major control issues.
This is before the ringing of the bell. :(
TBI when repeated cause pineal gland and brain stem damage including lesions in the brain.

It seems like research on this and knowledge of and or the willingness to treat it are lacking

I do believe he plans to do a lot of fishing......hopefully catching too.

Between it and the motorcycle help here is as scarce as hens teeth.
Iv'e heard tales of this "help" you speak of i'd assumed it was only myth like the loch ness monster. ;)...Henny, auto correct thinks cock ness monster is a thing. To be fair I did make one and it was terrifying but dang it still remembers.:lau

He needs supervision to be quite honest no clue why that didn't happen.
He's like a record that skips tracks, normal, pervy and violent and it flips like a switch.
There has definitely been some repetitive injury the one clunk didn't do all that.
Throw in the fact he self medicates, it really makes for a volatile situation. :hmm

I heard a hubbub and seen a bunch of poults looking through the shade cloth into another coop. ... between the cloth and a nest box. I was thinking of a chipmunk or similar. I found this

  • 10' away is a turkey hen due to hatch on the 13th.... This is what happens when you let them set their own eggs.

I tried giving it to 3 different broody chickens and none would take it. Hopefully it's mom will when others hatch. ... I am afraid to give it to her now because it will go on a walkabout again

It can be hard when there are eggs at different stages of incubation!

If the rest hatch soon, she should take it. If not, you should still be able to integrate it eventually too

We got the bulk of the stuff we need to sleep/bathe moved over. We have only unpacked the beds so far. Thing 1 is asleep in his own room for the very first time and I’m laying down. I tweaked my hip going up and down steps I think. Now I’m hurting. I managed to stay out of the way and just supervised but that much moving still hurt.
