:hugs Don't be sad DD. All these dogs are a lot of work, money and heartache.
Sounds exactly like having chickens.

Look into a desert chameleon. They are some that live on the Sahara.

Interesting... we always used ginger ale in the Christmas tree.

He looks like he is wearing bell bottoms in that first picture! How is the bed and breakfast you were going to start?

Sorry Apryl. Its never easy and I hate not having answers. Don’t use the Valbazen if they are molting. You can have a sample checked for worms. Then decide if you want to worm and with what.
Thanks, I'll probably take up a sample for a fecal float on Friday when i have the day off. It's xmas recital time and every evening for the past week has been at the studio & same for this week, until Friday. If I can get them treated this weekend, I'll be happy. I was picking up feather this weekend and found a bug on one.. not sure if it's a mite or what, but I didn't have time to check butts. I also just bought a bale of straw & it's in the coop so I'm going to be ticked if there's an infestation of any kind. Of course all of my friendly(ish) white birds are gone so now I have to flip over a meanie that hates being picked up and dig around in her butt feathers for bugs. Good times.

How's your flock been doing (without jinxing yourself)?

Did I show you guys the wall hanging I am working on?

That's beautiful! Is it a gift or for your home?

It has been very quiet on the Squatch thread today.
:caf I hope that means everyone was busy having a good day.

Tilly update.....
She is now willingly and on her own eating well.
Bout dang time!:th

All the birds are doing well.
That's all I got really. :hmm
Great news! Does that mean she's all better & recovered, or does she still need to take it easy?

I will know more after the vet visit today. Her lungs may still need more time.
Aspiration pneumonia is pretty wicked as it contains stomach contents in Tilly's case.
She is not coughing or struggling to breathe now so....
:fl

Another Monday....

Funny thing at he vets today.....

While we were waiting 2 giant male malamutes were brought in. They were rather wild hind leg standing to pull hard. Tilly did not care for that carp and let out a big ole bay.
That brought the entire staff to the lobby. :lau

They were all thrilled she got her bay back. :D

Good morning folks :frow

So glad to hear Tilly's on the mend :wee

Morning Bob. :frow

We are pretty happy to still have our Tilly and extra happy she is 99% back to being Tilly.

Her next appointment is the 30th. River will go in for shots the same day. That puppy is getting huge!

We are super cold this morning. Just 9° now with a "feels like" of 1.
Brrrrrrrr!
